Home of the famous High Sierra Haystack. A family tradition passed thru four generations of bakers. Similar to a macaroon, but with a lot more energy. Great for taking along backpacking, long bike rides, kayaking, whatever the activity, the haystack has energy that will last.

Haystacks are also a great gift, for the holidays, or any special occasion. When presented in our custom tins, they send the perfect tasty message. Originally developed as a variation of macaroon, haystacks are enjoyed as dessert, an everyday afternoon snack, and as energy food.
